THE TYPE OF INSURANCE AND SCHEDULING COORDINATOR WERE LOOKING FOR

Dental knowledge or familiarity with PracticeWorks software is a big plus!

WHAT ITS LIKE TO BE OUR INSURANCE AND SCHEDULING COORDINATOR

This is a full-time position. Shifts vary but fall within business hours:

Monday Wednesday Thursday: 7:30 AM5:00 PM (with a 1-hour lunch)
Tuesday: 8:30 AM6:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM12:00 PM

As our Insurance and Scheduling Coordinator youll work closely with patients to verify insurance coverage and assist them in understanding their benefits ensuring the financial health of the practice by following cash flow procedures. Youll also be the backbone of our scheduling system ensuring every slot is filled efficiently while maintaining a positive and welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors.
