We are looking for a Senior Market Intelligence Analyst to join our team.
Based in Sorocaba Brazil you will be responsible for conducting in-depth market competitor and internal data analysis providing strategic insights to support business decisions competitive positioning and product development. This role will collaborate closely with Strategic Marketing Product and Sales teams playing a key part in driving growth and competitiveness.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis: Perform comprehensive studies on products volumes market share and competitors identifying trends opportunities and threats.
- Competitive Intelligence: Collect and analyze data on competitors including pricing portfolio positioning and strategic moves anticipating risks and opportunities.
- Data Management: Ensure the collection organization and integrity of data from various sources (customers market benchmarks) enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Internal Data Analysis: Evaluate sales data product performance distribution channels margins and costs identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Segmentation & Positioning: Support the definition of market segments and product positioning strategies aligning offerings with customer needs.
- Data Visualization: Transform complex datasets into clear actionable reports and dashboards to facilitate decision-making for managers and partner areas.
- Innovation Support: Identify innovation opportunities and support the development of new products and services contributing to portfolio evolution.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with Product Sales and other teams to ensure strategic alignment and information sharing.
- Strategic Pricing Management: Develop and recommend pricing strategies based on market analysis product positioning and competitive benchmarking. Ensure pricing policies are aligned with business objectives and the companys value proposition. Collaborate with Product Sales and Finance teams to review costs margins and volumes anticipating impacts and opportunities for adjustment.
Who are we looking for
We are looking fora candidate with the following skills and motivations:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics Engineering Marketing or related fields.
- Proven experience in Market Intelligence Market Research or related areas (minimum 5 years).
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis Excel and visualization tools (QlickSense)
- Knowledge of research methodologies competitive analysis and market strategy development.
- Experience in strategic pricing management commercial policy definition and product profitability analysis.
- Ability to work with large datasets and transform information into actionable insights.
- Analytical profile proactivity strategic vision and excellent communication skills.
- Advanced English (Spanish is a plus).
