produces high-tech more efficient components to power the worlds aircraft engines of tomorrow. As the HR Manager you will provide HR support for client group Leaders Managers and Employees on organizational and employee matters as well as coaching HR process expertise and other general HR activities. You will act as the HR Manager of record for an operational client group and leverage in-depth understanding of key business drivers to accomplish your work.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and coaching to people leaders and employees on employee engagement HR fundamentals and process training performance management development employee relations retention and workplace investigations as appropriate.
  • Maintain a visible accessible presence across shifts to support employees and leaders in a fast-paced advanced manufacturing environment.
  • Ensure employee relations issues are identified reported investigated and resolved; promote consistent compliant application of policies and labor requirements.
  • Lead and execute core HR cycles including talent management performance planning compensation and salary planning recognition onboarding and new manager assimilation.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to support recruiting staffing and onboarding; facilitate new employee orientation.
  • Generate HR reports and metrics to track key indicators identify trends and inform actions; conduct data audits and manage site HR transactions including reporting and case tracking.
  • Serve as an available point of contact for managers and employees on HR topics; collaborate with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence as needed.
  • Lead or support site-wide HR projects and change initiatives across multiple client groups.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion; reinforce policies and a respectful workplace.

Qualifications/ Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college in related area or unrelated area with 4 years of HR experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources and/or relevant work experience - roles that involve the application of labor and employment principles operational and business management.

This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
