Job Summary
Capital Ford of Lillingtonis seeking an experienced motivated and results-driven Automotive Service Manager to lead our fast-growing service department. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong leader who thrives in a high-energy environment and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will bring proven service management experience excellent leadership abilities and a deep understanding of automotive repair operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily service department operations including scheduling and repair assignments
- Manage and develop a team of technicians and service staff
- Ensure efficient workflow to meet customer expectations and deadlines
- Implement and maintain strict quality control standards
- Conduct regular inspections of completed work
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Manager or similar leadership role preferred
- Strong leadership coaching and team-building skills
- Thorough understanding of automotive systems diagnostics and repair processes
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with automotive service management software
- Valid drivers license
- Ability to pass all pre-employment background screenings
