Job Summary

Capital Ford of Lillingtonis seeking an experienced motivated and results-driven Automotive Service Manager to lead our fast-growing service department. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong leader who thrives in a high-energy environment and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will bring proven service management experience excellent leadership abilities and a deep understanding of automotive repair operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily service department operations including scheduling and repair assignments
  • Manage and develop a team of technicians and service staff
  • Ensure efficient workflow to meet customer expectations and deadlines
  • Implement and maintain strict quality control standards
  • Conduct regular inspections of completed work
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an Automotive Service Manager or similar leadership role preferred
  • Strong leadership coaching and team-building skills
  • Thorough understanding of automotive systems diagnostics and repair processes
  • Excellent communication and customer-service skills
  • Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with automotive service management software
  • Valid drivers license
  • Ability to pass all pre-employment background screenings
