Our Service team in Poland is a key part of the European network responsible for supporting fleet customers service partners and developing aftersales services. We focus on modernity digitalization and dynamic growthboth in products and business models.
We are seeking a Service Manager who has experience building and growing business by working with Carriers service network OEMs & direct customers. The role requires an experienced business development professional with solid automotive industry analytical skills & exceptional technical skills. The candidate should be able to operate in a matrix organization working with our service partners customers Sales Product Management & operations teams. This position reports directly to the Managing Director.
Experience and hard skills:
Experience in managing large service teams (preferably in automotive transport refrigeration or related industries) & a proven track record in implementing innovation digital transformation & service development
Strong leadership skills ability to build relationships & motivate teams
Customer orientationunderstanding customer needs proactive problem solving building a positive customer experience
Knowledge of modern IT tools e-commerce telematics solutions
Communicativeness openness to change proactivity travel requirements (PL) approx. 30% of the time.
Soft skills:
Leadership building engagement motivating and developing employees leading teams through challenges
Communication & relationship building establish & maintain contacts in the
organization / with customers / external partners
