Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new B2B clients in different industries (e.g. finance healthcare logistics etc.).
  • Identify decision-makers and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Lead the entire sales cycle: prospecting needs analysis proposal development negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to tailor solutions to client needs.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Represent the company at industry events trade shows and client meetings.
  • Provide feedback to marketing and product teams based on market intelligence.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business IT or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 5 years of experience in business development or sales in the software/IT industry. B2B business development or enterprise sales
  • Proven track record in achieving/exceeding sales targets and closing large B2B deals.
  • Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) SaaS and/or digital services.
  • Strong negotiation presentation and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience selling to regional or global enterprises.
  • Knowledge of B2B procurement and vendor onboarding processes.
  • Exposure to custom software solutions SaaS or digital transformation projects.
  • Strong understanding of software products services and industry dynamics
