Job Summary
About the Role
We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate leads and drive outbound sales activity.
You will be responsible for lead generation cold calling and outreach helping build a strong pipeline of potential clients.
This is a target-driven role ideal for someone confident consistent and motivated by results.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads (LinkedIn Google databases)
- Conduct cold outreach (calls emails LinkedIn)
- Qualify prospects and book meetings
- Follow up with leads consistently
- Update CRM with accurate data
Job Requirements
- Experience in lead generation sales or cold calling
- Strong English communication (spoken & written)
- Confident on the phone
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Reliable internet and ability to work remotely
Working Hours
- Minimum: 10 hours/week
- Preferred: 2040 hours/week
Contract Terms
- 6-month contract (rolling)
- 3-month probation
