Locations:

Vilnius Lithuania (employment contract hybrid work)

OR

Warsaw Poland (B2B contract directly with Softeq 100% remote work)

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of applications using best practices and modern architecture patterns (e.g. microservices clean architecture).

• Write clean efficient and testable C# code and perform code reviews to ensure high standards.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines infrastructure as code).

• Stay updated on emerging technologies and propose their adoption when relevant to the business.

Requirements:

• 5 years of professional experience and C# in backend development roles.

• Proven experience with Core RESTful API development and asynchronous programming.

• Strong knowledge of software architecture design patterns and SOLID principles.

• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g. SQL Server PostgreSQL MongoDB).

• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and cloud platforms (Azure AWS or GCP).

• Hands-on experience with version control (Git) and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

• Good communication skills

Nice to have:

• Experience with front-end technologies (e.g. Angular React or Blazor).

• Relevant certifications Azure AWS or solution architecture.
