Job Summary
Project/Client: Public Sector
Location: Lithuania (hybrid; remote)
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Minimum 6 months with possible extension

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Java Developer to join a public-sector project developing a new system and delivering multiple integrations with internal and external platforms. The work is backend-focused and well-suited for someone experienced with integration development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop backend services using Java and Spring Boot
- Build and maintain REST integrations
- Work with relational databases and support system integrations
- Contribute to backend architecture and code quality
Must-Have Requirements:
- 5 years of Java development experience
- Strong experience with Spring Boot and Spring libraries
- Solid knowledge of JPA Java Beans transaction management
- Experience creating REST services
- Experience with SQL databases (Oracle PostgreSQL etc.)
- Knowledge of Docker
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Apache Kafka
- Camunda knowledge
- Familiarity with Kubernetes
English: upper-intermediate
