Job Summary
Are you a caring enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding opportunity in a welcoming and high-achieving school A well-regarded secondary school in Coventry is seeking a Teaching Assistant to join their supportive inclusion and classroom support team.
About the Role:
This is a full-time permanent role starting January 2026. You will support students across KS3KS4 within the classroom working closely with teachers to ensure pupils remain engaged confident and supported in their learning. You will assist with small-group interventions provide one-to-one support where necessary help with behaviour and SEN support and play a key role in promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
Is patient proactive and eager to support young people
Works effectively with teachers SEND staff and pastoral teams
Is enthusiastic organised and reliable
Has experience working with young people (school childcare or youth work preferred)
