About the role

Ty Ynysawdre is an Extra Care scheme with 25 self-contained apartments for over 65swithcare or support needsthat blends the freedom of independent living with the reassurance of on-site support. There are also 15 residential beds.

This role is all about creating a safe clean and comfortable environment for our tenantshelping them feel truly at home. Skills and Experience Needed

  • Great communicatorYoullwork closely withtheService Managerand tenants being friendly and approachable isa must!
  • Team player Positive supportive and inclusive attitude towards colleagues and tenants.
  • Attention to detailStore and use cleaning materials in line with the Homes COSHH policy using only approved cleaning products for each task.
  • Organisational Skills Clean andmaintainall rooms and shared spaces across the building efficiently.
  • Independent & Customer-Focused Ability to work independently without supervision using initiative to complete tasks efficiently while being committed to providing a high-quality service.

Pay and Pensions

  • Annual salary of 24655 (FTE)
  • Pension Choices:
    • Defined Contribution (DC) Scheme with matched contributions up to 10%. Or
    • Defined Benefit (DB) 1/80th of final salary for every year of service.

Time off and Flexibility

  • 26 days holiday pro rata entitlement. Rising to 27 days after 1 years service or cash equivalent of 1 days annual leave.

  • Paternity Leave: 3 weeks
