We are looking for a proactive Financial Assistant to join our global Finance team and support the smooth execution of our accounting and financial operations. This is a 100% remote position open to candidates based in Tunisia.
Position Overview
As a Financial Assistant you will support our international financial operations from Tunisia. You will play a key role in supplier management the accuracy of our financial reporting and the improvement of our internal processes.
This position is ideal for someone detail-oriented organized and motivated to grow within a global agile remote-first company.
Tasks
Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- Processing supplier invoices
- Updating and organizing files
- Following up on and responding to invoice-related inquiries
Control & Compliance
- Performing bank reconciliations
- Contributing to monthly and annual closing activities
- Verifying documentation accuracy and compliance
Reporting & Analysis
- Preparing regular financial reports
- Contributing to the creation and improvement of tracking dashboards
- Identifying analyzing and reporting discrepancies
Continuous Improvement
- Proposing process optimizations
- Actively participating in the improvement of internal workflows
- Collaborating with teams to enhance operational efficiency
Requirements
What we expect from you:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or equivalent
- 23 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables advanced functions etc.)
- Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks or equivalent)
- English: full professional proficiency (C1)
- French: professional level (B2)
- Reliable remote work setup in Tunisia
- Strong attention to detail organizational skills and autonomy
Nice to Have
- Experience in an international or fully remote environment
- Experience with multi-currency transactions
- Interest in analysis optimization and process improvement
