Luna Socks is an e-commerce startup that sells custom pet socks allowing customers to upload images of their pets to have them printed on high-quality socks. As the leading brand in our sector in Europe we are expanding into new markets including Latam. We are looking for a new remote customer support team member who is native in Spanish and answers questions from our Spanish and Latam customers on weekends.
Tasks
- Respond to Customer Queries: Provide timely and professional assistance via email and social media platforms in Spanish.
- Resolve Issues: Handle complaints process refunds manage exchanges and escalate complex cases to the appropriate team.
- Order Management: Track orders answer questions about delivery and ensure customer satisfaction post-purchase.
- Brand Advocacy: Represent the companys values and ensure a positive brand image in every interaction.
Requirements
- Must be proficient in Spanish and fluent in English.
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Availability to work over the week (40hrs).
