Key Responsibilities - - Develop and implement a comprehensive regional sales strategy to drive loan sales and achieve business targets for three wheeler loans via dealer channel
- Manage a team of sales professionals providing guidance training and motivation to ensure their performance meets or exceeds expectations.
- Identify and develop business opportunities by building and maintaining relationships with dealers distributors and other strategic partners in the three wheeler industry.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including marketing credit and operations teams to ensure seamless loan processing timely disbursement and excellent customer service.
- Monitor market trends competitor activities and regulatory changes affecting the two wheeler loan industry and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of the sales team set goals and provide constructive feedback to improve individual and team performance.
- Analyze sales data prepare reports and present findings to senior management highlighting achievements challenges and recommended actions.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key institutional clients such as banks auto dealerships and other referral sources to drive loan business and enhance the companys market presence.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications and Skills: - Masters degree in business finance marketing or a related field. Additional certifications or post-graduate qualifications in sales or finance will be advantageous.
- Proven experience in sales and business development roles within the financial services industry preferably in an NBFC with a focus on two/three/auto wheeler loans.
- Strong knowledge of the vehicle loan market including customer segments loan products pricing and competitive landscape.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and leading a sales team with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Sound understanding of credit risk assessment and underwriting processes in the context of two wheeler loans.
- Proficiency in using CRM software Microsoft Office Suite and other sales and reporting tools.
- Strong business acumen and ability to think strategically while executing tactical plans.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
