Job Description

They are seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Assistant to join their Marketing team. The ideal candidate is highly organised analytical and collaborative providing vital support to the commercial and logistics teams that drive a successful international citrus business

Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist account managers in customer relations and reporting
- Customer communication regarding shipments and program deliveries
- Assist with shipping claims
- Administrative support for 3rd party fruit procurement process
- General support for commercial operations team when required
Minimum Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification with minimum of 3 years experience in a similar commercial logistics or export administration role ideally within the fresh produce agriculture or export industry
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Outlook Word)
