We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Personal Assistant to join our team in Johannesburg South Africa. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective time management. Manage complex calendars schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements for executives
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism Prepare and edit correspondence presentations and reports Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders Organise and maintain filing systems both electronic and physical Screen and prioritise incoming calls emails and visitors Assist with event planning and coordination when required Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks and special projects as assigned
Qualifications :
- Proven experience of 2-3 years as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Strong organisational abilities with a keen eye for detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Experience in calendar management and travel arrangement Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred) Relevant administrative certifications (desirable) Flexibility to occasionally work outside normal office hours when required
