Job Summary
Duties & Responsibilities
Logistics Executive
As a Logistics Executive at VATIT STREAM you will independently manage a portfolio of international shipments from collection through to delivery. Youll collaborate with suppliers operations teams and internal departments to ensure smooth processes compliance and exceptional customer communication.
This role is fast-paced and requires strong problem-solving skills resilience and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure. You will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence for our global clients. We need an incredibly well articulated individual to work with our overseas clients.
Job Responsibilities
Manage the daily activities of shipments in transit ensuring smooth movement from pickup to final delivery.
Facilitate airwaybill (AWB) generation and schedule collection with relevant couriers or logistics partners.
Provide accurate shipment updates to clients through the Stream Portal and other communication channels.
Monitor and action all shipment status changes and tracking events.
Liaise with suppliers to resolve delays disruptions or routing issues providing proactive solutions.
Pre-alert suppliers on specialised or sensitive shipments and ensure pre-clearance where required.
Assist in preparing and verifying compliance documentation.
Troubleshoot delayed shipments and implement creative timely resolutions.
Validate all final shipment details and documentation upon delivery.
Share knowledge with team members and contribute to operational reporting.
Collaborate cross-functionally to support platform improvements claims handling and client experience initiatives.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and add value across the business.
Job Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Logistics Supply Chain or relevant experience.
At least 1 years of experience in customer service logistics operations or a similar environment.
Excellent communication skills and the confidence to manage global client expectations.
Strong personality with the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced time-sensitive environment.
High attention to detail with strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive solutions-driven approach.
Comfortable working independently without micromanagement.
Adaptable resourceful and capable of handling uncertain or evolving situations.
Enjoy working with global clients and diverse suppliers.
Willingness to work flexible hours or occasional public holidays (rotational basis) depending on shipment demand.
