Job Purpose: Working closely with Senior-Level Interior Designers you will assist with field verifications selecting interior finish palettes building client presentations generating interior finish construction drawings and finish details using Revit and developing interior renderings using SketchUp and Enscape.
Qualifications: - Currently working towards a Bachelors or Masters Degree in Interior Design at a CIDA accredited University.
Skills/Qualities: - Effective communication skills.
- High accuracy and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Revit preferred.
- Knowledge of Photoshop AutoCAD and Sketchup preferred.
- Skills in Adobe Creative Suite (In-Design Illustrator) preferred.
- Microsoft Office: Word Powerpoint Excel.
Responsibilities: - Conceptually work to develop new building and renovation designs.
- Support Senior Interior Designer as part of the design process.
- Attend client meetings and design review meetings with Senior Interiors staff.
- Develop construction documents and design details.
- Coordinate within a multi-disciplinary project team.
Evaluation Metrics: - Solve problems proactively.
- Follow-up on commitments
- Be willing to do small/large tasks.
- Work accurately
- Develop technical skills and learn from past projects.
Professional Development/Technical Education & Training: - Work with Team Leader to develop goals that align with Internship.
- Meet or exceed professional standards of work.
