Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Brake Press Operator to join a fast-paced fabrication environment in Sapulpa. The Brake Press Operator will operate press brake machinery inspect materials for accuracy and produce high-quality parts according to shop drawings while maintaining strict safety and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities

Work with and around overhead cranes forklifts trucks power equipment and automated machinery this is a Safety-Sensitive position
Inspect materials to ensure correct grade type and accuracy
Operate machines including press brake shear rolls angle line plasma tables saws drills and Voortman equipment
Set up machines to produce parts according to blueprints and job specifications
Perform routine maintenance on equipment as required
Consistently meet productivity and quality expectations
Follow all company safety procedures
Maintain a clean work area and uphold 5S standards
Collaborate with team members to support efficient production flow

Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of press brake experience
Ability to operate overhead cranes and power tools
Ability to read and write basic shop communications
Proficiency with calipers micrometers tape measures and other measuring devices
Ability to read shop drawings and understand bills of materials
Willingness to learn new skills and follow detailed instructions
