- Working hours: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Central time
- Must be available for real-time coordination with CEO leadership team and occasional client escalations.

Role Overview:
This is a high-ownership execution role designed to function as the CEOs operational right hand and strategic extension. The Chief of Staff is responsible for removing the CEO from day-to-day operations within 30 days running the leadership operating rhythm building scalable systems and ensuring flawless cross-department coordination.
Youll protect CEO time ensure strategic initiatives move forward manage the hiring pipeline and operate as the primary point of escalation across the business. This role is central to organizational growth and is expected to bring structure accountability and operational excellence to a rapidly scaling service organization in the technology/IT sector.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the CEOs operational shield no internal issue should reach the CEO unless strategic
- Run weekly leadership meetings track commitments enforce deadlines and accountability
- Lead the entire hiring pipeline: candidate sourcing screening interview coordination decision flow
- Oversee the Executive Assistant and micro-roles to ensure operational alignment
- Build document and evolve standard operating procedures (SOPs) for scalable growth
- Manage internal communication flow across all departments
- Prepare CEO for strategic meetings presentations partnerships and events
- Represent leadership in internal and external meetings when needed
- Resolve operational escalations before they reach CEO level
- Maintain org chart role clarity and reporting structure across teams
- Track strategic initiatives KPIs and transformation milestones
- Create manage and improve operating rhythms (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly)
- Support hiring onboarding to ensure every new hire succeeds from day one
Requirements
5 years in operations / project management / executive support
2 years in a Chief of Staff Operations Manager or similar leadership role
Experience in IT MSP or tech services is strongly preferred
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders & priorities under pressure
Experience building remote teams and scaling operations
Impeccable communication & executive presence written verbal
Experience supporting founder/entrepreneur-led companies is highly valued
Ability to move fast make decisions and execute independently
Natural systems builder sees chaos and creates structure
