Job Summary
Position: Manager - Corporate Strategy
Organization: Cyient DLM Limited
Location: Hyderabad
Role and Responsibilities
The role supports the planning and execution of Cyient DLMs growth strategy in assigned horizontal/vertical focus areas.
Key responsibilities include:
Develop a clear understanding of industry trends market demand and competitive positioning in Cyient DLMs focus areas
Monitor market landscape to produce competitive intelligence develop insights on competitor strategy/activity by industry geography and portfolio
Analyze industries/micro verticals to identify opportunities that align with Cyient DLMs core competence (where to play);
Understand existing capabilities and differentiators to help develop a capability roadmap service offerings value propositions and routes to market (how to win)
Evaluate new areas to enter based on market size and opportunities growth potential and competitive presence
Support business units in strategy execution measure outcomes and consolidate performance metrics
Qualifications & Competencies:
7 years of experience ideally in management consulting technology or services industry with focus on strategy formulation and execution
MBA (preferred) or engineering degree from a reputed institution
Strong analytical and quantitative skills business acumen and financial grounding
Strong interpersonal and influence skills ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
High energy self-driven and result-oriented individual ability to work across borders and cultures
