Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at Yashuss Unlimited. The Sales Executive will be responsible for providing analytical insights consulting services presales support sales expertise and project management to clients. They will work closely with the sales team and clients to understand requirements create tailored solutions and support the sales process. They also work to prepare proposals solutions deck commercial construct of the proposals capacity management for the pipeline etc; as part of their role on a day to day basis.
The Sales Executive plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our technical solutions and the business needs of our clients. This role involves collaborating closely with the sales team to understand client requirements designing tailored solutions and effectively communicating the value of our offerings to prospective clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the technology landscape across our operating regions.

Requirements
Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field. A Masters degree or relevant certifications are advantageous.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a presales solutions consulting or technical sales role within the technology sector
Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of technology solutions including software hardware and services. Experience with multiple products and platforms is essential.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze client requirements and design innovative solutions that meet their business objectives.
Regional Knowledge: Familiarity with the business and technology landscapes in India the USA and Mauritius is highly desirable.
Travel: Willingness to travel across regions as required to engage with clients and support sales activities

Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Revenue Generation
- Develop and execute a global sales plan aligned to company goals
- Prospect and generate leads through research networking & outreach
- Build a healthy sales pipeline and convert prospects into customers
- Own proposal development negotiations & deal closures
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
2. Pre-Sales Support & Technical Consultation
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer pain points
- Translate requirements into solution approaches & documentation
- Provide consultative guidance on technology integration & value proposition
- Conduct tailored product demos and walkthroughs (remote & onsite)
- Support Proof of Concepts (PoCs) with technical input and issue resolution
3. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers
- Understand and manage customer expectations
- Handle RFP/RFI responses objections and solution fitment queries
- Coordinate with internal teamsMarketing Product Deliveryto ensure alignment
4. Market Research Intelligence & Competition Analysis
- Track industry trends competitor offerings & emerging technologies
- Identify new markets segments and expansion opportunities
- Provide feedback to product and leadership teams
5. Sales Operations & Administration
- Maintain accurate records of leads opportunities & interactions in CRM
- Track and report sales performance against KPIs
- Ensure smooth handover from Sales to Delivery teams
- Support internal process improvement initiatives
6. Continuous Learning
- Stay updated on product features and new solution offerings
- Participate in training certifications and workshops
- Maintain awareness of global technology and automation trends
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development marketing and delivery teams to ensure solutions are feasible scalable and aligned with company objectives.
8. Training and Support: Provide training and support to the sales team on technical aspects of our products and services enhancing their ability to communicate value propositions effectively

Strong creative thinking visual storytelling and attention to detail. Portfolio showcasing a variety of creative work across formats and platforms. Excellent time management organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Work Environment: Full-time position based in our Mumbai office (no remote work). Dynamic collaborative and high-growth team environment.
