Senior Engineer
We are seeking a Senior Engineer for our Land Development Planning & Entitlement Department. This position is for enthusiastic leaders committed to lifelong learning and helping the firm achieve its goals through high-level performance and business development.
Salary range: $123300 - $155000
Responsibilities:
- Plan organize and manage multiple projects
- Demonstrate expertise in residential commercial and industrial project design
- Communicate effectively with agencies and clients
- Adhere to firm-wide policies on project and financial management client relations and business development
- Research analyze and present technical performance data
- Manage projects while maintaining strict adherence to budgets and deadlines
- Exhibit attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Lead by example to meet or exceed personal performance goals
- Foster successful staff integration and team building
- Maintain registration as an engineer in California
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Strong technical communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and oversee the full design process
- Experience supervising staff and working in team environments
- Knowledge of public agency standards and land development requirements
- Proficiency in all aspects of land development design
