Job Summary
Role:Health & Safety Officer
Client:Leading Residential Developer
Essentials:Minimum of 2 years experience in construction health and safety; qualification in Occupational Health and Safety; IOSH membership preferred; ability to manage risk and implement control measures; confident in delivering health and safety meetings and presentations
Location:Based onsite in
Salary: 55000 - 65000

Overseeing: Implementation of health and safety systems contractor compliance risk management and on-site audits.
Reporting to: Health & Safety Manager
Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor the companys Health & Safety Management System on-site.
Identify and address hazards ensuring full compliance with statutory requirements.
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits reporting non-conformances.
Enforce site safety rules and ensure contractor compliance.
Support incident investigations toolbox talks and ongoing safety improvements.
