Key Responsibilities
- B2B Account Ownership & Growth Take full responsibility for developing and expanding a portfolio ofbusiness-to-business accountswithin the Lenovo ecosystem. Identify and pursue opportunities to win new corporate and channel business strengthen partnerships and increase TD SYNNEXs market share in the enterprise and SMB segments.
- Build long-term strategic relationships withchannel partners resellers and corporate customers ensuring mutual growth and profitability.
- Leverage deep understanding ofB2B buying cyclesand decision-making processes to tailor solutions and value propositions that meet complex business requirements.
- Customer Engagement Drive loyalty and profitability through deep knowledge of Lenovos solutions and how they align with customer needs.
- Vendor Partnership Translate Lenovos objectives into clear actionable plans ensuring strong alignment between vendor goals and TD SYNNEXs strategy.
- Deal Negotiation Lead large deal engagements negotiate rebates and influence pricing strategies.
- Marketing Collaboration Partner with the marketing team to create impactful campaigns that drive awareness and demand.
- Forecasting & Pipeline Maintain accurate weekly forecasts and develop a healthy sales pipeline.
- Relationship Building Strengthen connections with channel partners customers and vendor teams to maximize collaboration.
- Strategic Input Contribute to vendor market propositions and TD SYNNEXs go-to-market strategies.
What Were Looking For
- Experience 3 years in IT industry business development sales or product marketing with provenB2B channel/vendor experience.
- Language Skills Native Hungarian with strong English communication skills.
- Technical Knowledge Understanding of enterprise IT (servers storage) virtualization and containerization.
- Education Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- Soft Skills High energy emotional intelligence strong influencing skills and the ability to operate in a matrix environment.
- Sales Mindset Proven track record inB2B account growth solution selling and strategic planning.
