Responsibilities
Qualifications
Observability Architecture & Implementation
- Design and implement observability solutions using OCI Logging Logging Analytics APM Monitoring & Alarms Events Service Connector Hub Operations Insights and Stack Monitoring.
- Architect and deploy end-to-end telemetry pipelines across OCI environments (Compute OKE Functions Databases Networking).
- Support instrumentation using OpenTelemetry and OCI APM agents.
Vertical Solutions for OCI Log Analytics
- Buildobservability-centric vertical solutionsincluding:
- Custom dashboards queries and analytics content
- Log parsing enrichment normalization and pattern discovery
- Anomaly detection clustering and ML-driven insights
- Reusable knowledge content saved searches and configuration templates
- Create cross-domain visibility solutions integrating logs metrics traces and events.
Automation Coding & Integrations
- UsePythonfor light scripting log transformations enrichment and integration workflows.
- UseTerraform (OCI provider)to automate deployment of observability infrastructure logging configurations alarms and SCH pipelines.
- Enhance observability workflows through automation and reusable code modules.
Customer Engagement & Delivery
- Conduct technical workshops product demos POCs and customer enablement sessions.
- Troubleshoot telemetry ingestion parsing issues schema mapping and distributed system visibility.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide feedback and improve OCI Observability services.
