We are seeking an experienced Finance Operations Officer to assist our Finance Team at Garnsey Campus four days a role is critical in managing the Schools accounts receivable processes and supporting the Finance Manager to maintain financial integrity and efficiency.
Essential Requirements- Experience in finance operations accounts payable/receivable or similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial processing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for debtor liaison.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Appropriate office administration qualifications and/or experience in a small to medium-sized and diversified organisation.
- Computer literacy including ability to work with a double-entry accounting system and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work unsupervised and under pressure.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills including effective liaison with staff across the organisation.
