  • Ensure adherence to Toll accounting policies and other generally accepted accounting standards.
  • Perform business analysis activities to ensure processes support the needs of the organisation and/or project.
  • Produce and document clear and concise process analysis artefacts.
  • Adopt appropriate tools and techniques to develop business/process analysis artefacts.
  • Refine existing processes and procedures where necessary to ensure alignment of existing frameworks.
  • Actively participate in the development and adoption of the process analysis framework
  • Ensure continuous improvement of processes methodologies and frameworks.
  • Facilitate workshops reviews and discovery sessions.
  • Ensure clear and concise communication with all stakeholders encouraging collaboration and transparency. Identify cost control and expense reduction opportunities.
  • Assist with gathering review analysis and presentation of information to effectively meet reporting and evaluation requirements and outcome.
  • Actively managing a portfolio of offshoring activities as assigned by Shared Services Manager whilst working closely with the Offshoring Project Manager:
  • Actively involved in financial reporting (P2P O2C and General Accounting) issues suggest and implement improvements.
  • Other ad-hoc projects and analysis as assigned by the manager.
  • Assist in getting process documentation completed for entire function and lead change to standard processes and procedures across span of control; to comply with group divisional operational and statutory requirements.
  • Provide backup and overflow capacity for other Finance activities at peak times to aid delivery to business units.
  • Ensure continuous improvement in daily routines and promote development of new ideas and improvement exchange.
  • Contribute to the establishment of a framework for measuring and reporting the benefits of process improvements.
