Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic target-driven Sr. Manager / AGM / DGM Business Development to spearhead revenue growth through new client acquisitions and business expansion in the Manpower vertical. The ideal candidate will have strong industry connections exceptional negotiation skills and a proven track record in B2B services sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential clients through research networking cold calling and field visits.
- Client Acquisition: Pitch Security Housekeeping Technical Maintenance and other Facility Management services to corporate clients builders institutions and commercial properties.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present customized proposals costings and commercial bids in collaboration with operations and pricing teams.
- Sales Closure: Negotiate terms and close deals aligned with company pricing and profitability guidelines.
- CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of leads opportunities and meetings; prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.
- Client Retention & Upselling: Nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities pricing trends and emerging market opportunities.
Key Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field (MBA preferred).
- 17 years of proven experience in B2B sales preferably in Security Facility Management or Manpower outsourcing.
- Strong client network and solid understanding of industry dynamics.
- Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated target-oriented and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
