Were looking for an Offboarding Specialist II to join our EMEA HR team if youre a Czech or Dutch (native) speaker passionate about HR excellence wed love to hear from you!
Purpose of the role:
In this role you will manage employee terminations and related processes in Workday and other HR systems ensuring a seamless experience for employees and managers. You will play a key role in maintaining compliance with HR policies processes and legislation while delivering exceptional service to our internal customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage offboarding cases in the case management system ensuring accuracy completeness and timeliness of all transactions and documentation.
- Monitor cases proactively to meet SLAs and quality standards.
- Educate and guide customers on self-service tools and HR services.
- Participate in daily huddles and follow supervisor priorities.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation.
- Document and share knowledge for future reference.
- Contribute to employee satisfaction initiatives and participate in training.
- Support special projects as assigned.
Required skill and qualifications
- Education: Associates or Bachelors degree (or equivalent).
- Experience: 24 years in HR operations or related field.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Customer service orientation and ability to resolve issues effectively.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn HR systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
- Languages: Czech (native) or Dutch (native) English (oralwritten) - Ducht/Czech (secondary) preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- HR or Payroll Service Center experience.
- Familiarity with Workday and case management tools (e.g. ServiceNow).
- Basic understanding of HR domains (Benefits Compensation Employee Relations).
- HR-related certification or degree in HR Organizational Development or Psychology.
- Experience in healthcare or related industry.
