We are seeking a polished and motivated Promotions Assistant to support the planning and execution of brand promotion initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating projects interacting with clients ensuring campaign accuracy and contributing to the overall execution of promotional strategies. The Promotions Assistant will work closely with management to ensure all activities are delivered with precision quality and consistency.
Responsibilities
Assist in organizing and implementing promotional events brand activations and outreach initiatives.
Coordinate logistics schedules and planning details to support campaign execution.
Maintain professional communication with clients vendors and internal teams.
Prepare promotional materials presentations and documentation as needed.
Monitor project timelines and ensure tasks are delivered accurately and on schedule.
Support the team in evaluating promotional performance and gathering relevant insights.
Uphold company standards and represent GG Media with professionalism at all times.
