Job Title: Executive/Training Chefs/Intern Chefs
Location: Lalbaug Mumbai
About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Executive to support New Store Openings (NSO). This role involves coordinating end-to-end store launch activities ensuring operational readiness and supporting post-launch stabilization. The ideal candidate should be adaptable hands-on and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support business operations and development team in planning and execution of new store openings.
- Coordinate procurement and installation of equipment furniture and other site requirements.
- Manage logistics for site setup including dry stock café supplies Wi-Fi and utilities.
- Conduct site recce and ensure operational readiness prior to launch.
- Track inventory requirements and café sales predictability to ensure stock availability during launch.
- Assist café managers in achieving operational stability post-launch within defined timelines.
- Liaison between projects and operations team to ensure smooth handover of projects document and track progress to ensure timely execution.
- Work with cross-functional teams to align on timelines and deliverables.
Requirements:
- 1 2 years of experience in Operations preferably in F&B Retail or QSR industry.
- Strong field experience with exposure to procurement vendor management or site setup.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work in flexible shifts (comp offs provided).
- Strong coordination problem-solving and execution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines effectively.
- Bachelors degree in Business Operations or related field preferred.
- Trainable and eager to grow in a fast-scaling environment.
