We are looking for a hands-on UI/UX Designerto shape the core user experience of this high-impact HRTech product from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities :
- Design user journeys wireframes and UI screensfor SaaS web platforms
- Create responsive UI designsfor desktop and mobile web
- Support in building and maintaining a design system(components typography colors)
- Work closely with founders product managers & developers
- Convert business requirements into simple intuitive user experiences
- Prepare developer-ready Figma files layouts and assets
- Enhance UX continuously based on feedback and usage patterns
- 25 years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design
- Strong working knowledge of Figma
- Solid understanding of UX principles usability & information architecture
- Experience designing SaaS platforms web apps dashboards or marketplaces
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Experience with Recruitment Portals ATS CRM HRTech ERP or Marketplaces
- Basic exposure to mobile app UI/UX
- Knowledge of accessibility and usability standards
