Job Title: Instructional Designer (Contingent Worker - GLCS Instructional Design Team)

Role Summary The Instructional Designer will collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to design and develop engaging learning experiences aligned with GLCS goals. This role requires strong instructional design expertise creativity and a deep understanding of learning principles.

Key Responsibilities -

Analyze learning needs and define instructional objectives.

Design and develop eLearning modules job aids infographics and workshop materials.

Apply instructional design models (ADDIE SAM) and adult learning theories.

Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.2 AA) and inclusive design.

Collaborate with media designers project managers and QA analysts.

Qualifications - 5-7 years of experience in instructional design.

Proficiency in tools like Articulate Rise Vyond and MS Office.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Postgraduate degree in Instructional Design Communication.
