Job Summary

We Need You to Strengthen Our Network Team!

We are looking for someone with networking knowledge and enthusiasm for new technologies and processes. You will join a 24/7 network monitoring team responsible for supervising network devices creating incident tickets and initiating the Incident Management process.

Your Responsibilities

  • Challenging outdated structures and fostering open transparent communication
  • Driving continuous improvement and introducing automation into workflows
  • Monitoring network devices creating tickets and triggering Incident Management processes
  • Participating in the on-call team for incident coordination
  • Supporting reliable stable and efficient service operations
