Job Summary

Design develop and maintain EDI/B2B integrations using the Seeburger BIS platform.
Onboard and support external customers in their EDI implementations.
Analyze business and technical requirements to deliver robust integration solutions.
Monitor and troubleshoot EDI transactions and message flows.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. project managers developers support) and external stakeholders.
Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
Participate in continuous improvement of integration processes and tools.

Qualifications :

Proven experience with Seeburger BIS (Business Integration Suite) or similar EDI platforms.
Familiarity understanding of EDI standards (EDIFACT ANSI X12 XML IDoc etc.).
Familiarity with communication protocols (AS2 SFTP OFTP2 HTTP/S etc.).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer projects.
Problem-solving and communication skills.
Strong English skills (written and spoken).

Nice to Have

German
Experience with SAP integration (IDoc RFC etc.).
Knowledge of scripting (e.g. Groovy JavaScript) or basic programming.
Familiarity with ITIL processes or ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow Jira).
