Synergie Australia is seeking an experienced and reliable Sewer to join our clients well-established manufacturing team based in Wetherill Park. This is an excellent long-term opportunity offering full-time hours stability and potential for permanent employment.

Our client is a recognised leader in automotive seating known for delivering high-quality ergonomic and durable seating solutions across the 4WD light truck and defence vehicle markets. With a strong focus on craftsmanship innovation and workplace safety they are looking to expand their production team with skilled and motivated individuals.

Position Details

• Location: Wetherill Park

• Hours: MondayFriday 7:00am3:30pm

• Overtime: Available based on business needs

• Start Date: ASAP

• Type: Ongoing with view to permanency

Key Responsibilities

• Sew fabric materialsincluding vinyl and leatherusing industrial sewing machines to meet client specifications and quality standards.

• Measure cut and prepare fabric pieces with precision prior to assembly.

• Conduct quality checks to ensure all products meet durability strength and visual standards.

• Manage workflow effectively to meet daily production deadlines.

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following WHS procedures and company policies.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Previous experience in industrial sewing and/or upholstery (essential).

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• The ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Full Australian working rights.
