Job Summary

Anord Mardix a Flex company are a global group that manufactures switchgear and associated products for installation in mission-critical and live commercial buildings ranging from data centres to the international headquarters of some of the worlds largest companies.

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth were looking for a Junior Sales Support Specialist - Configuration and Quotation located in Bielsko-Biala Poland.

What a typical day looks like:

Prepare and maintain accurate quotations compliance with company pricing policies and approval guidelines.
Review customer requirements and translate them into suitable product solutions
Support the sales team with documentation pricing tools and approval processes
Monitor and follow up on quotation status to ensure timely responses to customers
Coordinate with procurement and logistics to confirm product availability and lead times

The experience were looking to add to our team:

Minimum: high school education (prefered technical)
Working knowledge of MS Office
Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
Communicative knowledge of English and Polish (spoken and written)
Excellent communication analytical and interpersonal skills.
