Job Description
How you will contribute
- Manage the development and launch of 360-degree marketing projects within the Travel Retail EMEA channel in accordance with marketing and communication guidelines.
- In collaboration with the relevant Sales Manager negotiate annual marketing plans with Travel Retail EMEA channel clients and ensure the effective implementation of the agreed plans within the assigned budget.
- Ensure proper monitoring and accounting of the BTL budget.
- Regularly visit key points of sale to verify the effectiveness of the assortment strategy deliver training sessions to store staff and discuss potential improvement actions with clients to maximize sell-out.
- Actively support the development and execution of global/local sales campaigns and trade fairs.
- Manage data by preparing internal and external briefings presentations visibility reports sell-out reports and budget tracking.
- Oversee the production and installation of materials for seasonal or permanent promotional activities coordinating various stakeholders: internal marketing and communication teams external agencies and contractors and client contacts.
- Contribute to the development of a multichannel strategy for clients within the assigned scope.
- Actively support the creation of innovative Trade Marketing tools to maximize brand performance based on channel needs.
- Ensure the implementation of all visual updates and POP materials within the point of sale in compliance with brand guidelines.
Who you are
- Masters degree in marketing Management Economics or a related field
- 3/4 years of experience in a similar role within a dynamic and fast-moving industry
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory
- Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time
- Dynamic proactive and flexible with a natural curiosity and commitment to teamwork
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to adapt to evolving business needs
