What will you do
We are seeking a DialogFlow CX Specialist with:
Experience working with Dialogflow CX in production environments.
Design and configuration of flows pages intents and entities.
Implementation and consumption of REST APIs.
Development and maintenance of webhooks.
Proficiency in JSON handling and conditional logic.
Experience integrating conversational assistants with backend systems (CRM databases internal services).
Experience in testing debugging and continuous improvement of conversational bots.
Conversational Italian or English.
