Product Engineer, Port Parts eCatalogues

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality spare part catalogues for equipment deliveries.
• Develop detailed illustrations for catalogues using advanced tools.
• Support customers with catalogue-related queries and ensure timely resolutions.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers Finnish counterparts and internal teams.
• Collaborate with product managers to enhance catalogue content and meet business needs.
• Participate in projects to harmonize and improve catalogue processes and tools.
• Generate accurate part images and ensure on-time delivery of catalogues.
• Maintain compliance with ISO 14001 & 45001 standards.

The role is based in our office in SP Infocity Hadapsar Pune but it goes without saying that the remote & hybrid working is a part of our modern ways of working along with daily.

To achieve these goals required qualification and skill set are:

• BE Mechanical with 35 years in catalogue creation preferably with SAP ERP and/or PDM systems.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator NX and Teamcenter.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
• Strong communication influencing abilities and a collaborative mindset.
• Problem-solving approach with a Can-do attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Ability to work with globally distributed cross-functional teams in a structured manner.
• Good understanding of business requirements.
