What you will be doing
- Putting the customer first in every interaction.
- Providing proactive communication to clients and internal teams.
- Delivering exceptional customer service within agreed SLAs.
- Supporting customers and scheduling reactive service calls.
- Planning and booking Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) visits.
- Managing engineer diaries and allocating work efficiently.
- Handling all return visits following initial engineer attendance.
- Coordinating specialist equipment or subcontractors as needed.
- Making informed decisions based on multiple factors.
- Logging and supporting complaint resolution

Qualifications :
What you will need...
- Proven experience in a call centre or customer service/front-facing role (internal or external).
- Strong experience using Microsoft applications.
- Ability to work with multiple systems simultaneously.
- Team-oriented approach managing your own workload and supporting others.
- Ability to build strong working relationships with the Regional Service Manager and engineers.
