Job Summary
This role supports the Division in providing financial and commercial services to assist the business unit in meeting financial targets. Key responsibilities include:
- Assist with budgeting forecasting and month-end processes including reconciliations and reporting
- Provide insights on financial performance and explain variances to budgets/forecasts
- Lead analysis to assist with transition to new systems
- Develop financial and non-financial models to support commercial analysis pricing reviews and margin assessments
- Partner with operational managers to improve business results
- Complete ad hoc projects and special financial reporting tasks as directed by the business
Qualifications :
- Tertiary Qualifications in Commerce or relevant field
- Qualified CPA and knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards and Tax Laws
- Demonstrated experience within similar capacity
- Excel Modelling skills
- Highly developed strategic and analytical skills creative thinking and problem solving to support the business to improve process efficiency.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills; including an exceptional capacity to manage relationships with tact and diplomacy.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Outstanding organisational skills; including the ability to work accurately with a high attention to detail.
