Job Summary

This role supports the Division in providing financial and commercial services to assist the business unit in meeting financial targets. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assist with budgeting forecasting and month-end processes including reconciliations and reporting
  • Provide insights on financial performance and explain variances to budgets/forecasts
  • Lead analysis to assist with transition to new systems
  • Develop financial and non-financial models to support commercial analysis pricing reviews and margin assessments
  • Partner with operational managers to improve business results
  • Complete ad hoc projects and special financial reporting tasks as directed by the business

Qualifications :

  • Tertiary Qualifications in Commerce or relevant field
  • Qualified CPA and knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards and Tax Laws
  • Demonstrated experience within similar capacity
  • Excel Modelling skills
  • Highly developed strategic and analytical skills creative thinking and problem solving to support the business to improve process efficiency.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills; including an exceptional capacity to manage relationships with tact and diplomacy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Outstanding organisational skills; including the ability to work accurately with a high attention to detail.
