A stunning resort based in the heart of Hunter Valley is looking for a dynamic and professional Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join their team at Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort.
As the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager you will be required to work weekends early mornings evenings and public holidays.
As the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager you will:
- Ensure smooth and efficient daily floor operations of the restaurant and bar
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the companys food and beverage features to promote to clients.
- Liaise with the kitchen during service periods to ensure quality service and presentation.
- Supervise train and assist Food & Beverage Attendants.
Qualifications :
To be a success in this position you will have:
- 12 months supervisory experience gained in a similar role
- 3 years experience working within a restaurant or hotel environment
- A current RSA certificate
- Solid understanding of alcohol (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills and an unwavering positive attitude.
- A high level of self-motivation and confidence.
- Diploma in Hospitality Management or similar (preferred but not essential)
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
