This is a rare opportunity for a recent property graduate or a third-year student to join our team as an Assistant Valuer to learn from the best. Youll work alongside our national team of industry-leading valuers who will mentor you every step of the way.
As part of our Government & Legal Valuation and Advisory division youll gain hands-on experience with complex high-profile projects a variety of asset classes and significant property portfolios. Your work will help shape decisions on some of the citys most iconic assets.
You will undertake a wide variety of tasks including collection and analysis of sales and leasing evidence completion of cash flow models and compilation of reports.
This role is offered on part time equivalent basis with the opportunity to become a full time role in the future.
Qualifications :
To be successful you will need to demonstrate:
- Currently studying or recently completed tertiary studies in an Australian Property Institute (API) accredited degree with the aim of working towards becoming a Certified Practising Valuer.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to build relationships at all levels of the business.
- Intermediate MS Excel and Word skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated keen to add value to the team.
Your strong numerical analysis and problem-solving capabilities coupled with exceptional communication organisational and time management skills will ensure success in this rewarding role.
