Project Manager

Technical Project Manager will lead the planning execution and delivery of projects integrating CXOne and Salesforce platforms within a dynamic healthcare environment. This role requires a blend of technical expertise project management skills and a deep understanding of healthcare operations. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives regulatory requirements and deliver exceptional patient and provider experiences.

• Oversee end-to-end project management for CXOne and Salesforce implementations upgrades and integrations. Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and on budget.
• Work closely with business leaders IT teams  and external vendors to gather requirements define project goals and communicate progress.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications. Coordinate with developers architects and QA teams to ensure solutions are robust scalable and compliant.
• Identify potential risks and issues early. Develop mitigation strategies and maintain clear documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing workflows identifying bottlenecks and recommending enhancements to maximize efficiency and quality.
• Ensure all solutions adhere to healthcare regulations and company security standards.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation status reports and dashboards for leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications :

Required:

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in healthcare or related industry.
• Proven track record managing CXOne and Salesforce projects.
• Experience with cloud-based platforms CRM and contact center technologies.
• Strong understanding of CXOne and Salesforce architecture APIs and integration methods.
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards and interoperability.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Jira Confluence Apptio/TargetProcess ServiceNow).
• Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Desired:

• Experience working with major healthcare organizations.
• Knowledge of patient engagement solutions and digital health platforms.
• Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.

• Participation in both internal meetings and external meetings via video calls as necessary. 
• Ability to go into corporate or client offices to work onsite as necessary. 
• Prolonged periods of remaining stationary at a desk and working on a computer as necessary. 
• Ability to bend kneel crouch and reach overhead as necessary. 
• Hand-eye coordination necessary to operate computers and various pieces of office equipment as necessary. 
• Vision abilities including close vision toleration of fluorescent lighting and adjusting focus as necessary. 
• For positions that require business travel and/or event attendance ability to lift 25 lbs as necessary. 
• For positions that require business travel and/or event attendance a valid drivers license and acceptable driving record are required as driving is an essential job function.
