Technical Project Manager will lead the planning execution and delivery of projects integrating CXOne and Salesforce platforms within a dynamic healthcare environment. This role requires a blend of technical expertise project management skills and a deep understanding of healthcare operations. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives regulatory requirements and deliver exceptional patient and provider experiences.
- Oversee end-to-end project management for CXOne and Salesforce implementations upgrades and integrations. Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and on budget.
- Work closely with business leaders IT teams and external vendors to gather requirements define project goals and communicate progress.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications. Coordinate with developers architects and QA teams to ensure solutions are robust scalable and compliant.
- Identify potential risks and issues early. Develop mitigation strategies and maintain clear documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing workflows identifying bottlenecks and recommending enhancements to maximize efficiency and quality.
- Ensure all solutions adhere to healthcare regulations and company security standards.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation status reports and dashboards for leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications :
Required:
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in healthcare or related industry.
- Proven track record managing CXOne and Salesforce projects.
- Experience with cloud-based platforms CRM and contact center technologies.
- Strong understanding of CXOne and Salesforce architecture APIs and integration methods.
- Familiarity with healthcare data standards and interoperability.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Jira Confluence Apptio/TargetProcess ServiceNow).
- Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
