We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to join our senior leadership team at our Goregaon office. This full-time position requires 7 to 10 years of progressive HR experience offering a pivotal role in shaping company culture and driving organizational success within the financial services industry.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strategic recruitment planning (Mandatory skill) with demonstrable success in attracting assessing and hiring top industry talent through targeted strategies.
- Proven expertise in employee relations with the ability to develop trust with staff and effectively resolve conflicts and workplace issues.
- Comprehensive experience in talent acquisition from workforce planning to on-boarding ensuring a seamless hiring experience for candidates and managers.

- Conduct regular audits of HR practices to ensure compliance and recommend improvements for process efficiency and effectiveness.
