Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Marketing Specialist to join our Companion Animal Business team. This role is pivotal in ensuring impactful messaging and value positioning of our products. You will work closely with Sales SCM Finance Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) communities and customers to align technical product knowledge and data-driven insights into effective marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute end-to-end marketing activities within the Companion Animal division.

  • Work closely with Business Unit on defining marketing strategy for the business

  • Develop and deliver technical and marketing content that communicates product value and differentiation

  • Create and implement new marketing programs including engagement with veterinary associations and communities.

  • Ensure all marketing materials align with global policy and direction.

  • Monitor and evaluate marketing programs for effectiveness.

  • Manage social media platforms (Instagram LinkedIn etc.) to enhance brand presence.

  • Forecast product availability for specific periods to support marketing initiatives.

  • Support Sales with technical product knowledge and training.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistency and impact in all marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Veterinary Medicine

  • Experience: 24 years in technical marketing product marketing or pre-sales roles.

  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of companion animal business and industry trends.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal skills; ability to content development and technical

  • Analytical Ability: Competent in market research and competitive analysis.

  • Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with sales team SCM finance communities veterinarians and KOLs.

  • Tools: Familiarity with marketing automation platforms CRM systems and analytics tools
