Overview

TheRM&C F&BM Risk CFOorganization is at the forefront of blendingfinancewithtechnologyto deliver strategic insights and automation across the firm. The team partners with business and finance stakeholders to drivefinancial and strategic analysisbudgeting and forecastingmacroeconomic scenario design andAI-driven strategies. The group is also responsible for advancingautomationprocess simplification andanalytics enhancement leveraging cutting-edgefintechtools.

Responsibilities

As anAssociate you will be an integral member of the team contributing to a variety of projects and workstreams including:

• Designing developing and refiningdashboardsand automated processes to drive efficiency and insight.
• Building and maintaining advanced workflows and dashboards usingAlteryxTableauSQLPython andDatabricks.
• Supporting annual and monthlyfinancial planningforecastinganalysis andreportingprocesses.
• Producing and automating weekly and monthlyheadcountandfinancial reports.
• Creating and deployingpredictive analytics modelsandAI-driven solutionsto support business decision-making.
• Deliveringad-hoc analyticsandpresentationsfor senior management.
• Collaborating withfinanceandbusiness partnersto identify and implementprocess improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience withSQLPythonAlteryxTableau andDatabricks(must-have).
• Strong interest infinanceand willingness to learnfinancial conceptsand frameworks.
• Self-starterwith a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Excellentanalyticalcritical thinking andproblem-solvingskills.
• Ability tomulti-task work well under pressure and quickly learn new concepts.
