For our department Compliance Sales Partner and Trade Affairs we are looking for an (Junior) Compliance Manager (m/f/d):
Your Responsibilities:
- Compliance Monitoring & Implementation: Assist in the development implementation and monitoring of compliance policies and procedures particularly in relation to sales partners and trade activities
- Risk Assessment: Support regular risk assessments and due diligence processes for new and existing sales partners
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of compliance reviews trainings and investigations. Prepare regular compliance reports for management
- Regulatory Research: Monitor and research relevant regulatory developments including trade regulations anti-bribery/anti-corruption laws and industry standards
- Training & Awareness: Support the design and delivery of compliance training sessions and awareness programs for internal teams and external sales partners
- Incident Management: Assist in investigating and resolving compliance-related incidents and support the implementation of remedial actions
- Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Legal Trade Affairs and other departments to ensure consistent compliance practices and resolve compliance-related queries
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas for enhancing compliance processes and systems
Your Profil:
- Bachelors degree in Law Business Administration Economics or a related field
- Initial experience (internship student role or 1-2 years professional experience) in compliance risk management legal or trade affairs is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- High level of integrity and reliability
- High command of German and good command of English; other languages are a plus
